- The Classic Service
The Classic Service is designed for business owners and managers who want to know there is friendly advice at the end of the telephone, when needed, to cover queries over such issues as maternity leave and pay, holiday entitlements and payments, and minor disciplinary situations.
With the Classic Service you are entitled to unlimited telephone advice and support on all aspects of staff management.
A verification and amendment service for letters dealing with staff issues is provided via email to our Classic clients.
- The Select Service
The Select Service is designed for business owners and managers who want advice over the telephone, but who also value regular face to face contact with their HR specialist. Select Service clients receive the benefits of the Classic Service as well as a number of face to face sessions to provide a more proactive approach to personnel management within the organisation. You can choose the number of visits you require per year to meet your specific requirements.
- The Premium Service
The Premium Service provides a full 'hands-on' HR management service, just as if you had an extra member in your management team with specialist skills. All areas of personnel management are included in a package that covers all eventualities.
Support is provided in person, over the telephone or via email, when you want it, by a team of professionally qualified HR specialists with many years experience in a variety of business sectors. The advice given is down to earth and practical, by straightforward people.
We agree the number of hours support you need each month. If any hours remain unused they are carried over into the next month. This means that every hour of support you have purchased will be effectively used to your benefit.
