CHaRM Management Specialists is an accredited ILM centre (Institute of Leadership and Management). We deliver a range of team leader and first line management courses at levels 2 and 3.

ILM Award in First Line Management - September to November 2010
We will be delivering another ILM Award in First Line Management commencing on 23 September 2010. The Award will be delivered at CHaRM's premises in Ruddington and will include the following modules:
- Solving Problems and Making Decisions
- Communicating 1-2-1
- Managing the Employment Relationship
- Motivating to Perform in the Workplace
- Building the Team.
The feedback from the last programme has been excellent. One of the delegates said that she had started to think and behave like a manager and that the course had made a major difference to how she viewed her role.
This Award will benefit any first line manager who is new to managing people. The group size will be small in order to provide opportunities for one to one support with any current issues or to aid understanding in how to manage employees effectively.
