Outplacement Counselling
To help ensure that redundant employees have as smooth an exit from the business as possible, CHaRM offers different levels of support to those who are leaving. Following agreement on the level of support to be given, the elements within that support will be determined by the individual's needs.
CHaRM's experienced outplacement counsellors offer support for the following levels of employees:
- Directors, Heads of Department and other Senior Executives
- Managers
- Non-management staff.
Counselling sessions will normally be undertaken on an individual basis, however if a group of employees have similar needs, then small group sessions may be held. Counselling sessions will be tailor made from the following options:
- The effects of job loss
- Career options
- Ways into the job market
- Finding vacancies
- Assessing your skills
- CVs and application letters
- Networking
- Preparing for interview
- Interviews and telephone interview.
